Terms and conditions

  1. You are purchasing a ticket for a professional photography opportunity (photo op) of yourself and a guest of your choice only. Photo ops do not include autographs, and you may not use your own camera.
  2. With the input of the security code on the back of your credit card, you are authorizing the purchase of the photo op(s).
  3. Refunds are not available.
  4. Photo Op tickets are only valid for the session purchased. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to be on time for the photo op. Missed photo op sessions on the part of the purchaser will not be refunded or exchanged.
  5. Media Guests depart the photo op area when their line finishes, therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to arrive at the photo op area 5-15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Once the media guest leaves the photo op area, that session will close and late comers will forfeit their photo op with no refund.
  6. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to assess the risk of purchasing multiple photo ops with proximate start times. No refunds will be given for missed photo op session due to double booking or booking conflicts.
  7. Photo Op schedules are subject to change. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to stay informed of any scheduling changes.
  8. Printed photos will be available after the photo op in a lapse of up to 4 hours. All photos left behind will be discarded by end of day.
  9. Printed photos and tickets must be scanned at the Checkout station. By scanning the photo, the purchaser agrees to accept the photo as is.
  10. Photo ops are guaranteed for VIP packages of the guest. Photo ops cannot be purchase separate.
  11. Autographs can be exchange in the table of the guest. 
  12. You must have valid admission to the convention before purchasing autographs. In the event that you have purchased a autograph without admission and the convention sells out, we will not be offering refunds of the autograph.
  13. No touching guests without their consent.
  14. Each person is limited to one (1) item to be autographed per guest unless stated otherwise.
  15. Guests will only autograph items that are relevant to their work.
  16. Photographs may not be taken with the guest during an autograph session unless stated otherwise.
  17. Going behind the guest’s table is not allowed.
  18. Please be considerate of your fellow attendees and avoid having lengthy conversations with the guests during an autograph session.
  19. Autograph lines may be “capped” at any point to keep events on schedule.
  20. Always be respectful of our guests. Attendees that exhibit rude or inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the line and will not be admitted back in.
  21. Check your Program Schedule for the Autograph Session times and locations. Updated schedules are available at Information.
  22. Guests will not sign a bootleg item. Our guests know which items are legitimate and which are not. If you have any questions about a product you want signed, please ask a staff member.
  23. Autographs are not guaranteed for attendees in line.
  24. Autographs are guaranteed for VIP packages of the guest.
  25. Purchasers behaving in a way that is sexually explicit, violent, invasive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate to the media guests, staff, volunteers, or fellow attendees, are subject to removal without a refund.
